For orders placed before 16:00 local time on the same day are delivered on the same day between 16:00pm-20:00pm! Otherwise your order will be delivered on the next day same time slot. You will get notified by telephone as to when your order will arrive, so that we make sure you will be home when we arrive.
The ice cream you receive is at the freshest state possible. From then on, refrigeration is the key! Store the ice cream in your freezer and don’t leave it out for too long. Serve your portion and place the ice cream container back in the freezer the soonest possible.

Yes. The minimum order value is set at €12.50 This means you need to add items of at least €12.50 in your cart to be able to proceed to our quick checkout process.

We are are planning to grow our Delivery area coverage very soon. We are starting from Nicosia and covering a 4 Km Radius around our Gelaterie so that we can deliver your ice cream in the quality and state that we would like you to enjoy it. Use the Delivery Rate Calculator in the Cart Page and check if there is a delivery rate for your Postal Code. Please note that products need to be placed in the cart first to be able to use the Delivery Rate Calculator.
Off-course! We deliver on the Same Day all orders that are placed 4:00pm or earlier. All deliveries are carefully routed and optimized by our kind transport team. You will receive a heads-up text or call to confirm the time slot we are delivering to you.

Unfortunately you cannot. Email is the one profile identifier that can not be altered once confirmed. In such a case, please register with your new email address and create a new account! You can email us to delete your account with your previous email if you like. Our GDPR procedures will delete all associated data from our servers.
If you reach out imedddiatly we will be able to assist you. But if the order has been processed for preparation and dispatch we can not change it or modify it.
In the extreme cases of such nature, please call and inform the member of our personnel who delivered your order immediatly. The contact number is available in your order’s confirmation email or text or telephone call you received earlier. He/she will either arrange for the items to be delivered to you or arrange a refund.
